Office of Research and Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Research and Institutional Effectiveness plays a strategic role in the continuous improvement of Butler Community College. Through research, planning and knowledge management, the office supports the evolution of the college into an organization that can dynamically generage the capabilities it needs to achieve breakthrough performance in meeting the needs of its stakeholders.

The office achieves its mission by increasing the quality and flow of knowledge critical to the institution and sychronizing institutional strategy, culture, structure and systems.
