Information for Operational Staff

This page will contain all links and information necessary for Butler's Operational Staff to conduct current projects relevant to IPRA.

During 2008 and 2009, Butler will focus on two milestones in our Learning College Journey:

• The Systems Portfolio, to be completed November 2008
• Unit scorecards, completed by April 2009

Documentation for the Systems Portfolio and metrics for the unit scorecards will come from mapping selected processes. Using a template, employee teams will document the steps involved in enacting the process; persons responsible for enacting the process; and its purpose, intended result and metric.

The following timetable has been established:

May 1, 2008	Units will submit key processes to VP for division review
July 1, 2008	Exec Council conducts global review of processes
October 1, 2008	Units map selected processes
November 1, 2008	VPs review and approve process maps Units collect data, evaluate metrics
March 1, 2009	Units develop and submit scorecards
April 2009 IDD	Units present scorecards
